The barefoot path
The 650m long barefoot path, partially covered with pergolas, leads through the grounds between rows of various fruit trees.You leave your shoes in the shoe rack at the beginning of the course (or take them with you in your backpack) and experience the most diverse ground materials such as sand, stones, grass, wood while walking barefoot.
And why should I do that to myself?
- Walking barefoot is the original way of walking for humans and perhaps you can remember how you loved to hop around barefoot as a child.
- Walking barefoot is an impressive sensory experience, stimulating the entire nervous system via the reflex zones of your feet.
- Walking barefoot keeps the circulation, organs and feet fit.
- Walking barefoot relaxes and invigorates at the same time.
- At the end you have the opportunity to wash your feet at the water point or pamper your feet in a herbal bath.
